A clear learning from the Data unit is that things must change for X to succeed as a coalition of planets in the the new data space. First, we need an Observatory to help us to look outside the planets’ atmospheres to understand opportunities and threats. Second, we need Data Mature planets, suitable for deep data space exploration, able to truly leverage the new resource “data”. Third, we need our people to drive the change of our planets, and explore the data space as a coalition of people. But just as important, we must carefully monitor progress along these three areas, and use real time insights to guide our grand ambition to succeed with data. These are the results so far.
:: the data-maturity of planets is decisive to successfully explore the deep data space and to be able to leverage the data resource to its full potential.
Becoming data-driven represents significant change for the X planets. Tracking the progress on this journey is key to guide transformation actions.
46%
Currently, the X planets have still a quite low data-maturity score of 46%. Feel free to Zoom in and discover the drivers behind the data-maturity score.
:: to succeed the people of X must drive the change, and explore the data space as a coalition of astronauts.
Data-driven transformation is made real by people in the company. Understanding how strong their transformation strength is provides insights into what is currently feasible and what needs to be improved.
48%
X’s coalition of astronauts making the transformation strength is at alarming low level of 48%. Feel free to Zoom in and discover the drivers behind the astronauts score.
