Step by Step Meeting Guide
Follow step-be-step meeting guide:
- DBP shares screen with this agenda
- Team looks into their Team Contract to remember who was the time master. This person supports the team to stay within the time of the meeting agenda
- 10 min: Round of introduction with the DBP
- 5 min: Team presents Team Contract to DBP
- 5 min: Together they expand the Team Contract by answering the question: “How do we want to collaborate with the DBP”
- 5 min: Teams presents their Idea Design to the DBP
- 5 min: Team and DBP discuss which “technical assumption” to add to the Idea Design slide “Assumption Test Canvas”. The DBP will contribute to the team effort by taking the responsibility for this assumption. It is easiest, if the team reviews the right side of the “Data Innovation Bridge Canvas” to define a technical assumption
- Rest of the time: The team enters Tasks for each participant in the Task Board. The tasks serve to explore further the assumptions, for which participants are responsible. The other team members help the people responsible for an assumption to specify the task. Questions that can help:
- Whom could you speak to within DHL who might have an interesting perspective to explore the assumption?
- From which other companies could you learn?
- Which desktop research could be beneficial?
- What could you observe (e.g., someone using current solutions or characteristics of the user…)?
