Follow Step by Step Learning Hand-in

Each team member has explored a specific assumption by working on a specific task. At the end of the Exploration phase, we need to gather all the learnings of each team member. This will allow us to discuss learnings as a team and derive testable hypotheses in the next stage.

Each team member should take 15 min to hand in the learnings by adding a learning to the Learnings Board

Here a few tips of how to hand in a Learning:

  1. Be aware, that the current website version does not allow you to edit a learning, once it is submitted. Yes we are working on it :) So we recommend first writing down your Learning on a piece of paper, and once your Learning is clear, add a Learning to the Learnings Board
  2. Submitting a Learning consists of 4 elements:
    • Learning: Describe what you have learned, in an objective manner without already reflecting on what it might mean for your idea. You can use the following structure:
      • State what you wanted to explore
      • What you have done to explore (e.g., talked to someone or desktop research)
      • Share your objective learning without interpretation
      • If applicable, explain how the supportive files help better understand your learning
    • Who: Simply state your name, so that we can celebrate your contributionJ
    • Reflection: Here it is about your opinion. Which impact does your learning have on your idea? For example:
      • Does it hint towards new questions that need to be tackled?
      • Does it have an impact on one of the canvases of your Idea Design?
      • Is it relevant for a task of one of your other team members?
    • Supportive Files: Here you can upload anything that might help your team to better understand the learnings that you have made. For example, you could:
      • Share a document that is relevant that you got from your own company or as a result of your desktop research
      • Share notes of an interview that you have conducted
      • Upload a sketch or Powerpoint that better explains what you want to convey
