    We wanted to know if call agents accept recommendations from AI systems. We have reviewed research articles and interviewed a company who has implemented an AI recommender system for call agents. We learned that it is critical to involve call agents from the beginning in the development to increase acceptance and that explainability of the AI plays a crucial role. The attached article explains well success factors for AI adoption for call agents
